2. Product Usage
2.1 WeTapped NFC cards are designed to share your profile information via NFC-compatible devices. The functionality may vary based on the compatibility of the recipient’s device.
2.2 Customers are responsible for setting up and managing their profiles on the WeTapped portal.
2.3 The NFC feature is for professional networking purposes only. Any misuse of the cards for illegal or unethical activities is strictly prohibited.
3. Customization and Design
3.1 For PVC Customized Cards and Metal Cards, customers must provide accurate and complete design files.
3.2 WeTapped reserves the right to reject designs that are inappropriate, offensive, or violate intellectual property rights.
3.3 Once a design is approved by the customer, no changes can be made after the production process begins.
4. Data and Privacy
4.1 All data entered on the WeTapped portal is encrypted and stored securely.
4.2 WeTapped will not share, sell, or distribute your personal data to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.
4.3 Customers are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and should report any unauthorized access immediately.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements
5.1 Due to the personalized nature of PVC Customized Cards and Metal Cards, these products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.
5.2 For standard PVC Cards, returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
5.3 If a card arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify WeTapped within 48 hours of delivery for a replacement.
5.4 Shipping costs for returns or replacements will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
6. Liability
6.1 WeTapped is not responsible for any compatibility issues with NFC functionality due to limitations or settings on third-party devices.
6.2 WeTapped will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 All content, designs, and technology provided by WeTapped remain the intellectual property of the company.
7.2 Customers may not copy, replicate, or misuse any proprietary aspects of WeTapped’s products or services.
